The data obtained using such techniques as “Scales of psychological well-being” by O.D. Riff (adapted by T.D. Shevelenkova, P.P. Fesenko), “Integral satisfaction with work»” by N.P. Fetiskin, self-assessment of material well-being. The reliability of the conclusions is ensured by using the nonparametric Mann - Whitney's U-test and the Fisher's angular transformation φ-test. It is established that the structure of the psychological well-being of the female employees' personality, their satisfaction with certain aspects of work and the assessment of their well-being have age characteristics (criterion - the level of the studied qualities). The level of satisfaction with their work and their achievements, interest in their work, professional responsibility, loyalty to colleagues and management is higher among women over 44 years old. The most psychologically dysfunctional and dissatisfied employees are 23-33 years old. The results and conclusions obtained in the course of the study can be useful to organizational psychologists and managers interacting with employees of different ages.
