The study analyzes the aspects of the psychological representation of university educational environment by students that can be treated as the predictors of their psychological well-being. The research is based on the theoretical provisions of the ecopsychological approach to analyzing the relationship between actors and their living environment. In particular, the educational environment is regarded as a social and ecological system consisting of the psychodidactic, social, and objective spatial components. Based on the provisions of cognitive psychology on universal psychologically relevant indicators of representation, the authors highlight the following features of the psychological representation of university educational environment by students: structural characteristics (number of representation elements), the significance of individual elements (the influence of representation element), and subjectification (process of subjectifying) of the educational environment. The research analyzes the relations between the aspects of representation and psychological well-being of university students. The focus is placed on the fact that subjectification as a feature of representation is associated with the high psychological well-being of students. The research examines the significant differences in the aspects of representation of educational environment by students of different universities.
