Peculiarities of the term system in the sphere of public management

The study was prompted by the necessity to facilitate post graduate students and civil servants to deal with documents in German. Due to the extension of international political, economic and cultural connections, the requirements on the qualification of civil servants have been increased. Particularly, the requirement to know the concepts and terms of civil service in Germany. The terminological material selection was based on juridical documents and monographs on civil service and public management.
