The issue of the psychological safety of the educational environment when changing the format of education from full-time to distance learning is extremely relevant in modern conditions. Levels of anxiety and self-esteem of the individual can be called indicators of ensuring psychological safety. The article shows the dynamics of levels of anxiety and self-esteem of adolescents in full-time and distance learning, reveals the features of the manifestation of anxiety and self-esteem in adolescents in conditions of distance learning and after distance learning. It has been established that there are differences in the features of the manifestation of anxiety and self-esteem in adolescents in the conditions of distance learning in comparison with full-time education. Practical recommendations are given for improving the organization of distance learning and creating conditions during it that contribute to improving the psychological safety of the educational environment. The results of this study can be used by psychologists and teachers to take into account the characteristics of anxiety and self-esteem in adolescents in various learning conditions, to improve the organization of distance learning and ensure psychological safety in the educational environment during it.
