Features of personnel management in medical institutions of the Russian Federation

The article examines the features of personnel management in medical institutions of the Russian Federation, taking into account the specifics of the industry and the current challenges of the healthcare system. During the study, key problems of personnel management in medical institutions were identified. The results of the analysis showed that the most significant problems remain the shortage and uneven distribution of qualified specialists in the country, professional burnout, and insufficient integration of science and practice. The main conclusions emphasize the need for a comprehensive approach that takes into account the specifics of the industry including the digitalization of HR processes and the adaptation of successful international practices for staff motivation and development for overcoming the personnel shortage and low motivation.
