Teachers' mastery of inter-subject technologies that transform school technology education

The research problem and the rationale for its relevance. The article discusses the implementation of the Concept of teaching the subject area “Technology” through the construction of additional professional programs in the advanced training system for the purpose of mastering interdisciplinary technologies by teachers aimed at updating the results of design and research activities of schoolchildren at the levels of primary and basic general education. To solve key problems in teaching technological literacy to schoolchildren, a professional toolkit for the development of interdisciplinary technologies by teachers is proposed. The goal of research is to identify and eliminate the deficiencies of teachers associated with the organization of design and research activities of schoolchildren as a mechanism for the formation of their metasubject educational results; search for ways of accumulating practical skills among teachers in the use of interdisciplinary technologies necessary to update the content and teaching methods of the subject area “Technology”. The research methodology consists of regulatory documents in the Russian education system, their analysis and generalization; scientific research work of domestic scientists; experience in the development and implementation of advanced training programs for training teachers in the system of additional professional education. Results. The developed additional professional training programs for teachers are considered as a condition for achieving a new quality of education in the system of additional professional education; the modern problematics of the need to develop and implement in the process of advanced training of metasubject content and the development by teachers of interdisciplinary technologies for teaching schoolchildren, contributing to the transformation of school technological education, is actualized. Conclusion. In the process of advanced training, teachers will have ideas about the organization of independent design and research activities of schoolchildren as a special holistic pedagogical technology that allows, with a certain order of use, to effectively solve the problems of forming and developing their metasubject competencies in the plane of technological literacy - “from idea to result”.
