Personnel selection in the organization and the Austrian school of economics: features of the approach

The article highlights some relevant features of personnel selection that are relevant in the modern period of time. From the standpoint of the Austrian School of Economics, some conditions of personnel selection are analyzed, which must be taken into account by both the future employee and the employer.
