Some forensic aspects of the examination of witnesses in court

The article considers certain forensic issues of judicial interrogation. Taking into account the meaning of the main provisions of interrogation, the peculiarities of interrogation of different groups of witnesses during pre-trial investigation and the use of its results in the process of judicial interrogation are outlined. The general characteristic of interrogation in court, factors determining the peculiarities of judicial interrogation are outlined. The main tactical techniques of judicial interrogation are shown, the factors influencing the tactics of judicial interrogation are noted. The content of cross-examination, chess interrogation in court is summarized, the factors influencing the tactics of judicial interrogation are noted: conflict situations of interrogation, sharply expressed adversarial nature, activity of interrogators taking into account the opposite of their interests. Types of extraneous (outside the process of criminal proceedings) influence on the witness after the end of the investigation and before the beginning of the court session are considered. Recommendations for neutralizing this influence are outlined.
