The goal is to identify and describe the relationship between the attitude towards oneself as a professional and relations in the work team, as well as differences in the types of self-attitude among employees with different levels of satisfaction with intragroup relations. The main methods in the study were the questionnaire “Subjective assessment of intra- group relations” and “Attitude towards oneself as a professional”. The statistical methods used were analysis of primary statistics, correlation and comparative analysis. The respondents were 230 employees of internal affairs bodies. It was found that the most significant correlations between indicators of attitude towards oneself as a professional were identified with indicators of “team membership”, “tension in relationships” and “negative emotional tone in relationships” as indicators of intra- group relations. It is shown that the positivity of relationships in the service team increases the severity of the level of activity (level of aspirations and orientation towards self-development) and positivity (acceptance and self-image) of the professional self-attitude of employees. It has been established that employees with a high index of intragroup relations have a predominant active- positive attitude towards themselves as a professional. Whereas employees with a moderate index of intragroup relations express a passive- negative professional self-attitude. It is shown that the compensatory type of self-attitude among employees with a high index of intragroup relations is a self-attitude with low activity combined with high positiv-ity, and among respondents with a moderate index of intragroup relations - a professional self-attitude with high activity and low positivity.
