The paper analyzes some aspects of the legal regulation of liability for offenses in the field of procurement. Special attention is paid to the issues of civil, administrative and criminal liability in the field of state and municipal procurement. Consideration shall be given to the improvement of the legal means of counteraction to the abuses in the conclusion and performance of contracts.
