Responsibility for concealing information about other heirs when receiving an inheritance

Inheritance is a procedure, the mechanism of which is defined at the legislative level. At the same time, there are nuances in notifying the notary about the available heirs of other queues, as well as entering into the inheritance rights of each queue of heirs. At the same time, there are situations when the heirs of one queue do not report that there are heirs of other queues, and they do not bear any responsibility for this. Therefore, there are legal disputes and proceedings, the essence of which is discussed in this article.
