The article deals with the study of color naming paradigmatic peculiarities with the component of green, which are used in modern Russian mass media. The study results show that the color naming paradigm with the component of green is expanded mostly by unipolar and multipolar ranges, the semantics of which has not been included into modern definition dictionaries yet.
