Signs of minority and minority in the criminal legislation of the individual CIS countries: comparative aspects

The article considers the criminal law significance of signs of infancy and minority of the victim in the criminal legislation of individual CIS countries. The author notes that these signs are important for the construction of crimes and the qualification of the deed. The paper states that these circumstances affect the nature and degree of public danger of the crime, differentiating responsibility. As a result of the analysis, the author concludes that in foreign criminal legislation, when formulating certain elements of crimes, they play a dual role: they are an obligatory sign of a crime or act as a qualifying sign.
