Introduction. Interstitial fibrosis and tubular atrophy are the reasons leading to renal graft dysfunction in the long-term postoperative period.The aim of the study is the assessment of dopplerographic parameters of the blood flow of a transplanted kidney with preserved nitrogen excretion function and morphological signs of interstitial fibrosis and tubular atrophy (IFTA).Materials and methods. The study included an analysis of the medical record of 130 children who underwent allogeneic cadaveric kidney transplantation. The results of 231 percutaneous puncture biopsy and ultrasound of renal transplants were analyzed. Ultrasound diagnostics was performed with a B&K Pro Focus 2202 ultrasound scanner using convex and linear transducers with afrequency of 3-5 MHz and 8-10 MHz, respectively. Percutaneous biopsy of the renal transplant parenchyma was performed under echographic control with an automatic biopsy system BARD MAGNUN with a puncture needle of size G16, G18.The data from morphological studies were divided into 3 groups according to the degree of IFTA. Results. The survey revealed discrepancies (p function show_eabstract() { $('#eabstract1').hide(); $('#eabstract2').show(); $('#eabstract_expand').hide(); }
