Patriotic education of youth in the Russian Federation: the experience of the Far Eastern Federal District

The article presents the results of a study reflecting the experience of the Far Eastern Federal District in developing citizenship and patriotism in children and young people. The relevance of the problem raised is due to the growing external destructive information and psychological impact on residents of the Russian Far East. Among the socio-demographic target groups of such impact are young people, and among the territorial objects are a number of regions. The more significant is the research and practical experience of the Far Eastern Federal District aimed at developing citizenship and patriotism in the younger generation. The recommendations formulated in the conclusion of the article are of great practical interest.
