Pedagogical diagnostics of the formation of the ethno-artistic culture of the future teacher of fine arts by means of the regional educational environment

The paper examines the problems of forming the ethno-artistic culture of a future teacher of fine arts using the means of the regional educational environment, using the example of the pedagogical college of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia). The study is associated with testing a nationally-oriented model for the development of ethno-artistic culture of students and experimental programs (“History of Yakutia”, “Traditions of Yakut etiquette”, “Ethnopedagogy and pedagogical culture”, “History of the fine arts of Yakutia”, “Fundamentals of graphic work”, “Fundamentals performing pictorial works”, etc.), as well as the development of diagnostic tools for assessing the level of formation of an ethno-artistic complex. The paper highlights the important components of ethno-artistic culture - value-motivational, cognitive-developing and ethno-artistic-active. Some results of the experimental work on the formation of an ethno-artistic culture of a future pedagogical worker in the field of teaching fine arts are presented, a brief theoretical justification is given to such notions as “environment”, “regional educational environment”, and “nationally-oriented model”.
