The steps of development of pedagogical assistance in situation of professional self-actualization of the student of the teachers training college are examined, its typical difficulties at every phase and its conforming optimal means of pedagogical assisting. These regularities are summarized to principles of pedagogical assistance and steps of realization of these principles.
