Pedagogical system of management of development of private innovative university through the prism of human relations

The article deals with the analysis of the concept “pedagogical system” based on the native studies. There are revealed the specific features of the pedagogical system of the management of the development of the private innovative university. The author analyzes the extensive experimental material, obtained by the method of the questionnaire of three hundred employees in Kazan Innovative University named after V.G. Timiryasov. There is substantiated the essential role of the positive attitudes in the labor collective of the university for its efficient functioning.
