The article examines the Pedagogical wiki-encyclopedia (PedWiki) as one of the validated and internationally recognized examples of the objectification of techno-science. It integrates the collaborative online creativity of wiki technologies with the practical pedagogical application of academic writing, in which the results of qualification or research work by education specialists serve as a public validation of original ideas, presented in the form of scientific articles. The research, analytical, evaluative, and managerial functions of PedWiki enable prompt assessment of the potential of submitted materials, providing comprehensive and substantive recommendations for the refinement of future articles. As a digital didactic tool, PedWiki, as a digital resource, not only fosters the development of future educators’ skills in working with academic texts but also serves as an intellectual “trading zone”, offering numerous growth opportunities for talented educators and education specialists. The minimally functioning prototype of PedWiki has confirmed the viability of extrapolating the concept of techno-science to pedagogical issues, as well as delineating a spectrum of fundamentally new pedagogical opportunities for the digital transformation of research activities among education specialists.
