Pedagogical aspects of the development of the institute of group leaders in educational organizations

The problem of developing the institute of group leaders in educational organizationsof the Russian Federation is quite relevant today. Building a team, developing an internalmicroclimate in a group, building relationships between the dean’s office and teachers are importanttasks for group leaders. A person acquires these skills at the training stage and they can certainlybe useful in the future. However, this requires serious scientific research based on pedagogicalaspects. The article discusses the main problems of developing the institute of group leaders, aswell as the pedagogical aspects of its development and improvement. For example, the use of aparticipatory approach by a teacher-curator when organizing work with the head of the studygroup, actively involving him in management activities and supporting him at certain stages withthe correction of actions. The use of the method of pedagogical forecasting is another pedagogicalaspect. The role of the teacher-curator in this process is also very important.
