Pedagogical factors of management effectiveness the educational process of a creative university

The article substantiates the relevance of the study of the essence and specifics of pedagogical factors aimed at achieving optimal coordination of the educational process of a creative university. In the analytical review of the components of the first set of factors, the emphasis is placed on the priority of taking into account the personal meaning of the professional knowledge of future specialists obtained in the process of studying specific academic disciplines at the Department of Pedagogical Theory and Practice of Socio- Cultural Activities of the Moscow State Institute of Culture. Within the framework of the second set of pedagogical factors, various types of potential formats of students’ contact with the digital environment are investigated as a condition for the productivity of educational process management. Practice-oriented tasks aimed at using electronic educational resources in the academic discipline “Technological foundations of socio-cultural activities” have been developed and tested. A generalizing conclusion is made about the key role of the considered pedagogical factors in improving the effectiveness of the management of the educational process of a modern creative university.
