Pedagogical features of supporting the university students in the formation of self-organization skills of their activity

The paper deals with the formation of self-organization of students’ activity. It is established that there is no unified understanding of this phenomenon. The article presents a definition of the self-organization of students’ activities in the context of the competence approach and the current state of modernization policy of the education system. The self-organization of students’ activities is understood as an integrated ability (based on the development of training competencies) to create a system of independent actions for self-regulation, organized according to the level of importance of goals and the amount of required time that ensure the students’ productive learning activity. Pedagogical support of the development of the self-organizing skills system in students is implemented through the creation of an enabling educational environment at the university. The study describes three directions of pedagogical support of students in the formation of self-organization skills of their activity, namely: motivational and purposeful, organizational and methodical, control and evaluative ones.
