The problem of organizing interaction of educational organizations of general and professional education in the sphere of professional orientation is described in terms of modern pedagogics. The topicality of the problem is characterized. The following analysis is carried out: of the phenomenon of professional self-determination of a person, of the process of personal professional orientation, of the main features of educational subjects’ interaction. The analysis is carried out to define peculiarities of interaction of educational organizations in the sphere of professional orientation. The pedagogical prerequisites of such interaction are improved starting from the phenomena and notions analysis: goals, the subjects’ competencies, the meaning and forms of the activity on administrative, professional and pedagogical, educational and pedagogical levels.
