Future teaching professions as an element of continuous professional and personal development for teachers

The research problem and the rationale for its relevance. The author identifies the changes occurring in the modern world and correlates them with the demands placed on educators regarding their professional and personal development. The article examines future pedagogical specializations as a key component of continuous professional and personal growth for educators within further vocational education, presenting an innovative approach to improving qualifications. The research goal is to develop and implement further vocational training programs incorporating future pedagogical specializations as outlined in the Atlas of Emerging Jobs 3.0. Methodology. The research involved analyzing regulatory and legal acts and scientific works on the subject under consideration; conducting a survey to identify educational needs; and collecting and processing data on the research topic. The research employed competency-based, activityoriented, and learner-centered approaches. Results. The research presents results at both theoretical and practical levels. Expanding the functional scope of professions of the future, as listed in the Atlas of Emerging Jobs 3.0, is a necessary condition for modern further vocational training programs. This approach enhances professional and personal competencies while fostering transprofessional skills.
