Pedagogical strategies for the participation of employers in the educational process: the example of library and information education

The article is devoted to the implementation of a practice-oriented approach in the preparation of bachelors of library and information activity. The organization of participation of representatives of practice as a requirement of the Federal state educational standard is considered in the framework of a strategic approach in library and information education. The task of pedagogical optimization of interaction of institutes of library profession and library and information education is set. The heuristics of the strategic approach for the organization of participation of representatives of practice in preparation of bachelors of library and information activity is proved. The main formats of implementation of the pedagogical strategy of participation of practitioners in the educational process are defined: practice, project workshops and others. In detail the participation in the “full course”, participation in the “cooperation”, participation in “collaboration”, participated in a special professional events. Examples of approbation of these solutions in the MSIC with the participation of leading libraries and representatives of industry practice are presented. The problems of implementation of innovative forms of organization of participation of representatives of practice in the educational process in the direction of “Library and information activities”.
