Pedagogical conditions of the development of psychological and pedagogical competence of students in higher school

The article deals with the development of psychological and pedagogical competence of students in higher school as the process that supports the implementation of the innovative technologies in the organization of teaching in higher education institutions. The author analyzes its influence on the mobility’s raise and the competitiveness of future specialists. There is specified the essence of the researched concept, there are defined the pedagogical conditions, there are presented the results of the experimental work.
