Pedagogical conditions for the development of motivation for safe behavior of young professionals

The relevance of studying the motivation for safe behavior lies in the fact that, according to experts, the share of young professionals in the Russian workforce will decrease significantly in the coming years. Based on theoretical analysis and the study of practical pedagogical experience, the authors of the article show the influence of motivation for safe behavior of young professionals on ensuring safety at work, and propose pedagogical conditions that promote the development of motivation for safe behavior in the professional training of young professionals, including those focused on use in the system of continuing education. Some characteristics of the professional educational environment that contribute to the process of developing motivation for safe behavior have been identified. The conclusion is made about the need for regular assessment and correction of the motivation for safe behavior of young specialists, taking into account the proposed pedagogical conditions.
