Pedagogical conditions of the educational efficiency management in the institute of higher education in terms of students' scholarship and health parity criteria

The necessity of educational efficiency evaluation in the context of health saving environment in a higher school is revealed. The author describes the groups of conditions which provide parity of scholarship and health.
