The article describes the legal and conceptual aspects of the educational conditions of school and family interaction in the spiritual and moral upbringing of junior schoolchildren. Based on the analysis of normative documents and publications of Russian researchers the author considers distinctive features and levels of educational conditions and suggests an original concept of "educational conditions of school and family interaction in the spiritual and moral education". The article deals with the factors determining the necessity of collaboration of teachers and parents in the spiritual and moral education of junior schoolchildren. The levels of educational conditions of this cooperation are structured. The author discusses the key areas of implementation of educational conditions to establish interaction between teachers and parents in spiritual and moral education of junior schoolchildren at the national, regional, institutional and individual levels.
