The pedagogical potential and conditions of the organization of the networking educational communities for the development of the teenager's leadership qualities

The article deals with the analysis of the personal qualities of the teenager that are specific for the leader. There is given the author’s definition of the concept “networking educational community”, relating to the study contexT. There are specified the opportunities of the networking educational communities of the Internet in the development of the leadership qualities of the teenagers and the conditions of their organization for the display and development of the leadership qualities of the studentsof the teenage yearS. The authors give the results of the online questionnaire of the students of the senior school age, reflecting the opinions of the teenagers themselves of the networking leadership and their readiness to mastering the leadership roles in the networking educational communities.
