Pedagogical potential of socio-cultural activity in staffing of the educational system of a comprehensive school

The article is devoted to the problems of staffing the educational system of a general education institution, the purpose of which is to strengthen traditional Russian spiritual and moral values and counter the spread of the ideas of consumerism among young people. The educational system is considered as an interconnection of structural and functional components, which are a permanent condition of the educational process and have qualitative criteria for assessing performance, which includes human resources. General education schools are in dire need of specialists with professional qualifications in the field of organizing educational work in extracurricular activities of schoolchildren. The problem of personnel shortage of pedagogical workers in the educational system of the school should and can be solved within the framework of higher professional education. An important role in this process belongs to cultural universities, which have pedagogical potential and traditions of socio cultural activities for training such specialists. Currently, positive changes are taking place in society’s vision of the purpose and content of socio cultural activities, its interconnection and inextricable connection with pedagogical activities. In the organization of educational activities in cultural universities, new opportunities are opening up for the introduction of new directions and profiles focused on the training of pedagogical workers in the educational system of the school: teacher organizer, counselor, teacher of additional education (organization of children's public associations), adviser to the school director on education and interaction with children's public associations.
