Pedagogical designing in the professional activity of a university lecturer

The article studies the specifics of project activity in the structure of professional activity of a modern teacher in the system of higher education. The essence and features of pedagogical design in the environment of university lecturers are considered. The results of the survey on the relevant issues are presented. Conclusions are drawn about the importance of project activity as an integral component of pedagogical work and an effective means of professional self-development of the individual. The relevance of the topic is due to the fact that, along with the recognition of the importance and necessity of project activities, there are a number of problems associated with its practical implementation: a low level of motivation and competence of personnel in the field of pedagogical design, lack of experience in project activities, etc. The novelty of the work lies in the fact that project pedagogical activity at the university and the difficulties associated with it are evaluated from the position of the participants of pedagogical design themselves.
