Pedagogical autonomy as factor of effective academic qualification and personal development in vocational education model

The article considers the issue of the pedagogical formation focused on the professional entity of management of the modelling scientific preparation programme in the process of self-directed psychological-pedagogical experiment, on the basis of a training problem of the administrative «advancing» control of the development of social-psychological phenomenon in the collective entity of activity (using the example of an idolized management object).
