The article considers the issue of the pedagogical formation focused on the professional entity of management of the modelling scientific preparation programme in the process of self-directed psychological-pedagogical experiment, on the basis of a training problem of the administrative «advancing» control of the development of social-psychological phenomenon in the collective entity of activity (using the example of an idolized management object).
