Pedagogical support of future officers in the military university

The article is intended to raise the problem of pedagogical support of future officers in a military university due to the need not only for professional training of the student contingent, but also for their spiritual and moral development. This article for the first time raises the problem that states the significance of this process for military-technical educational practice. However, there is a deficit of scientific works devoted to the specific activities of a military university in relation to the contingent of students - Russian and foreign cadets and scientific company operators. When writing the article, the authors of the article adhered to the direction of research in line with the methodology and technology of vocational education. Conclusions dwells upon the fact that the use in pedagogical practice of the means of the surrounding military space, among which the most significant is the military heraldry, will allow future officers to learn more deeply the chosen specialty, to join the history of their country and university, to grow in spiritual and moral attitude, and to increase the level of patriotism.
