Dialogue pedagogy as the basis of the educational work of counselors

The article deals with the peculiarities of the educational work of counselors from the position of the humanitarian approach in education and the ideas of the psychological and pedagogical anthropology. There is considered the contents of the counselors’ training to the work with children based on the principles of the dialogue pedagogy. There are demonstrated the developed dialogic situations by the author that allow to develop the dialogics of future counselors as the personal quality and the experience of the dialogic relations with children.
