Contemporary early childhood education professionals need a new, qualitatively different level. To work with children experiencing difficulties in the assimilation of pre-school educational programs specialists, possessing basic knowledge of related sciences, are needed. Particularly important in this situation is the ability of experts to draw on the wide range of educational, psychological and defectology measures to improve the educational process. Hence, the modern development of early childhood education requires the implementation of new approaches to the system of training and retraining of teachers to work in pre-schools.
