В статье представлен ретроспективный анализ результатов лечения больных с распространенным перитонитом. Выявлены клинические и морфологические особенности нозокомиальной пневмонии (НП) у данной категории пациентов. Определена роль НП в танатогенезе.

Peritonitis and nosocomial pneumonia: incidence, clinical and morphological features
The article presents a retrospective analysis of treatment studies of patients with generalized peritonitis. Identified the clinical and morphological features of nosocomial pneumonia (NP) in these patients. Defined the role of NP in thanatogenesis.
