Permanent rotations of a gyrostat in a combined force field

The paper deals with permanent motions relative to a stationary pole of the gyrostat, being a carrier of surface electric charges in a homogeneous stationary magnetic field. Properties of the motions, conditions of their existence, characteristics of axes of permanent rotations are obtained. The manifold of speeds of permanent rotations and the dependence of the structure of this manifold on geometrical parameters of motion are defined. Special cases of permanent rotation, critical cases and the case of kinetic symmetry of the gyrostat are discussed.
