The state of the modern educational system is transforming under the influence of the intensive digital technologies development. Various distance learning forms are actively introduced into the process of higher education. Teachers face the choice of digital educational platforms to ensure successful learning, taking into account the specifics of the taught discipline. Relying on the conceptual postulates of digital didactics can help in this context. Any educational distance resource must be analyzed for acceptability for the needs of the educational process from the standpoint of the fundamental principles of digital didactics and leading professionally significant competencies. In this research, the author makes an attempt with the use of a comparative analysis to determine the possibilities of using a specific digital resource to ensure the personalization of the process of achieving learning results in foreign language professional education. Based on the data obtained, a conclusion was made about the advantages and disadvantages of the three formats for organizing foreign language teaching using digital technologies.
