The problem of achieving the quality of practical readiness of training for professional work via student’s advanced development in practice focused educational process is solved. The necessity to project student’s personal development path that provides the attainment of advanced development level with due account of actual personal identity is proved to be main direction of high quality professional training. The advanced level of personal development is understood as a certain level of development and self-development of intellect, will, emotions and sensomotor sphere of the student. A model practice-focused professional education process in higher school is presented in the aspect system activity and competence context approach.
