The personalized system of professional development as the key factor of the teacher's professional standard implementation

In the conditions of education system modernization there are new calls to pedagogical workers’ system of preparation, professional development and professional retraining. In the article problems of the the teacher’s professional standard implementation, new requirements imposed to pedagogical workers’ qualification are analyzed. The system of additional professional education faces a serious problem to provide the teacher’s the professional competences formation to meet modern requirements: inclusivity, information technologies in educational process, multicultural educational environment, etc. The solution is seemed in the conditions of the personified system of professional development organization which will allow to fill shortage of professional needs of the teacher.
