The younger generation plays an important role in the socio-political and social life of society. It should be considered as one of the most powerful driving forces that can influence the outcome and development of various events in the country. Belgorod has been considered as a student city for many years because the education of Belgorod universities is one of the most popular among young people in Russia and the near abroad.
Today students are undergoing serious and dynamic internal changes, its composition is continuously expanding, becoming more complex, overgrown with numerous connections with various social institutions. Modern students are actively involved in all spheres of socio-cultural activities, creating and defending a new Russian society.

Russian student teams are an all-Russian youth public organization established in 2004 with the support of the Ministry of Education of Russia. This organization was created for students of higher and secondary schools. Its aim is to form temporary labor collectives for voluntary work during their free time, as a rule it is summer holidays, to various industrial and agricultural facilities.
One of the main features of student groups is that their formation is based on the principles of voluntariness and, as it is not surprising, is quite popular among students. Among the factors that have a positive impact on the formation of motivation for student youth participation in student labor groups can be identified: the desire to express themselves not only in school but in another sphere, the ability to travel around the country and see new places, interest in unfamiliar living conditions, work and recreation, the desire to acquire labor skills and the opportunity to earn money.
At the same time production and educational issues are resolved by expanding the interaction of students in their circle and beyond.
Today the priority task is to increase the level of integration of the subjects of student groups. One of the directions of its solution is to hold collections, rallies, festivals, forums, the school of the commander and commissioner, etc. These events make an increase of the creative potential quality of young people possible. Student teams are not only an effective way to ensure secondary employment but also the organization of leisure, the possibility of creative self-realization of the individual person, involving in sports, physical culture, civil and patriotic education.
