The long-term model of air traffic controllers' professional speech development

The success of any training depends on the adequate definition of its theoretical foundation and clear development of the long-term model of the educational process. The article deals with the theoretical framework and the long-term model of speech training of air traffic controllers. The model consists of the three main blocks: objective, process content and level criteria. The author describes in detail the four stages of training, which are the structural components of the process content block.
