Перспективы лечения больных урогинекологического профиля в условиях пандемии COVID-19 и последующего снятия ограничительных мер

Введение. Пандемия новой коронавирусной инфекции COVID-19 заставила мировую медицину полностью изменить стратегию оказания помощи целому ряду пациентов. В данной публикации рассматриваются вопросы оказания специализированной помощи урогинекологическим больным в условиях пандемии новой коронавирусной инфекции, а также перспективы восстановления планового хирургического лечения после снятия карантинных мер. Материалы и методы. Пандемия COVlD-19 привело к существенному ограничению доступности амбулаторной и стационарной медицинской помощи, что явилось хорошим стимулом для более активного использования дистанционных методов ведения и мониторинга больных, в том числе с использованием телемедицинских технологий. Авторы рассмотрели доступные публикации в Pubmed и проанализировали опыт оказанияурогинекологической помощи в условиях COVID-19. Результаты. Послеоперационные онлайн-консультации в подавляющем большинстве случаев хорошо воспринимаются пациентками и оправдывают их ожидания. Лечение неосложненной острой и рецидивирующей мочевой инфекции возможно без визита в стационар. Большинство плановых хирургических вмешательств не требуют выполнения в короткие сроки и вполне могут быть отложены на несколько месяцев. Пациенткам, претендующим на интрадетрузорное введение ботулинического токсина типа А или электростимуляцию большеберцового нерва, может быть предложено медикаментозное лечение. Во всех случаях необходима оценка существующих рисков развития побочных эффектов и рисков инфицирования новой коронавирусной инфекцией COVID-19. Выводы. В условиях изменившегося под влиянием COVID-19 мира, необходима тщательная оценка рисков для урогинекологических пациенток - при проведении очной консультации, при планировании хирургического лечения, в том числе экстренных вмешательств. Недопустимо игнорирование интересов пациенток урогинекологического профиля под предлогом борьбы с эпидемией.
