Scientific and technological progress is a decisive factor in economic development. That is why Russia encourages innovation, forms innovation clusters, revives real production of goods, competition in the production of products, using modern methods of managing the economic system. The article analyzes the existing training infrastructure for the functioning of territorial innovation clusters, and offers prospects for the development of training infrastructure for these enterprises. The cluster model of training is a relatively new direction in professional preparation of personnel, nevertheless, it allows them to be trained in accordance with the current and future needs of the region, minimizes problems with employment, and provides qualified personnel for the innovation cluster enterprises. The cluster model of training includes external and internal training, adaptation, assessment of competencies and staff development. An effective cluster training system involves pooling business, government and education resources.
