Prospects for the development of the labor market in the context of the formation and development of the digital economy in the Kyrgyz Republic

The relevance of the topic is that digital technologies in recent years have been actively penetrating all spheres of public life and production, radically changing the labor market and affecting labor relations. The scientific and technological revolution with the introduction of digital technologies changes the structure of the national economy, has a significant impact on the labor market, forcing it to adapt to the upcoming fundamental changes. The need for digitalization of the labor market is due to the emergence of innovative technologies, which in turn is reflected both in the functioning of the labor market itself and in the qualification training of labor market participants. The introduction of information and communication technologies in the labor market characterizes the first stage of the development of the digital economy, which involves certain technological changes in the production process, transformation in the management system and in the sphere of social and labor relations, as well as in the field of education, training and retraining of personnel, taking into account the changing needs of the labor market. In general, this is a necessity that pushes the whole world to participate in this process to form a competitive modern economy of their country in the international arena. In the Kyrgyz Republic, the digital economy is at the stage of formation and implementation of some of its elements, penetrating innovative technologies leave their mark both on the labor market and on the development of social and labor relations. There is an urgent need to study this issue, the need to identify problems that hinder the digitalization of the labor market in the Kyrgyz Republic, as well as to identify the prospects for the development of the national labor market, taking into account the introduction of digital technologies to form a competitive economy in the global space. Scientific novelty consists in identifying the problems and prospects for the development of the labor market with the increasing influence of digital technologies, the emergence of threats and opportunities for their solution. As a result of the analysis, tools for the introduction of digital technologies in the sphere of labor relations are proposed: social mobility, flexible forms of employment, e-business, business incubators.
