Актуальность темы состоит в том, что цифровые технологий в последние годы активно проникают во все сферы общественной жизни и производства, коренным образом изменяют рынок труда и влияют на трудовые отношения. Научно-техническая революция с внедрением цифровых технологий меняет структуру национальной экономики, оказывает существенное воздействие на рынок труда, вынуждая его приспосабливаться к грядущим фундаментальным изменениям. Необходимость цифровизации рынка труда обусловлена появлением инновационных технологий, что, в свою очередь, отражается как на функционировании самого рынка труда, так и на квалификационной подготовке субъектов рынка труда. Внедрение информационно-коммуникационных технологий на рынке труда характеризует первый этап развития цифровой экономики, который предполагает определенные технологические изменения в производственном процессе, трансформацию в системе управления и в сфере социально трудовых отношений, а также в сфере образования, подготовки и переподготовки кадров с учетом изменяющихся потребностей рынка труда. В целом это необходимость, которая подталкивает весь мир участвовать в этом процессе для формирования конкурентоспособной современной экономики своей страны на международной арене. В Кыргызской Республике цифровая экономика находится на стадии становления и внедрения некоторых ее элементов, проникающие инновационные технологии накладывают свой отпечаток как на рынок труда, так и на развитие социально-трудовых отношений. Возникает острая потребность в изучении данного вопроса, необходимость выявления проблем, сдерживающих цифровизацию рынка труда в Кыргызской Республике, а также обозначение перспектив развития национального рынка труда с учетом внедрения цифровых технологий для формирования конкурентоспособной экономики в мировом пространстве. Научная новизна состоит в выявлении проблем и перспектив развития рынка труда при возрастающем влиянии цифровых технологий, появлении угроз и возможностей их решения. В результате проведенного анализа, предлагаются инструменты внедрения цифровых технологий в сферу трудовых отношений: социальная мобильность, гибкие формы занятости, электронный бизнес, бизнес-инкубаторы.

Prospects for the development of the labor market in the context of the formation and development of the digital economy in the Kyrgyz Republic
The relevance of the topic is that digital technologies in recent years have been actively penetrating all spheres of public life and production, radically changing the labor market and affecting labor relations. The scientific and technological revolution with the introduction of digital technologies changes the structure of the national economy, has a significant impact on the labor market, forcing it to adapt to the upcoming fundamental changes. The need for digitalization of the labor market is due to the emergence of innovative technologies, which in turn is reflected both in the functioning of the labor market itself and in the qualification training of labor market participants. The introduction of information and communication technologies in the labor market characterizes the first stage of the development of the digital economy, which involves certain technological changes in the production process, transformation in the management system and in the sphere of social and labor relations, as well as in the field of education, training and retraining of personnel, taking into account the changing needs of the labor market. In general, this is a necessity that pushes the whole world to participate in this process to form a competitive modern economy of their country in the international arena. In the Kyrgyz Republic, the digital economy is at the stage of formation and implementation of some of its elements, penetrating innovative technologies leave their mark both on the labor market and on the development of social and labor relations. There is an urgent need to study this issue, the need to identify problems that hinder the digitalization of the labor market in the Kyrgyz Republic, as well as to identify the prospects for the development of the national labor market, taking into account the introduction of digital technologies to form a competitive economy in the global space. Scientific novelty consists in identifying the problems and prospects for the development of the labor market with the increasing influence of digital technologies, the emergence of threats and opportunities for their solution. As a result of the analysis, tools for the introduction of digital technologies in the sphere of labor relations are proposed: social mobility, flexible forms of employment, e-business, business incubators.
