A. A. Ahmatova's Petersburg text in England

The paper is devoted to perception of A.A.Ahmatovas poesy in England during the years of the Thaw, the years of first contacts between our poetess and foreign writers. The critics of the Great Britain noted a special complexity of Ahmatovas phrases, its subtlety, psychologism to repeat in the translation.
