Preparing Future Law Teachers for the Implementation of the “Educational-Legal Situation” Methodological Approach in the Educational Process

The article examines the preparation of future teachers for the implementation of legal education in the modern system of general education. The study of law at the levels of general and vocational education demonstrates the importance of law in the Russian state as a measure of freedom, responsibility, and justice. The author presents a distinction between the concepts of “legal education” and “legal education” in accordance with the implemented level of education: general or professional. Attention is paid to the training of future teachers of the school course “Law” (“Jurisprudence”) with the development of the methodological technique “educational and legal situation” at the stage of his professional training. The interpretation of the concept of “educational and legal situation” in the theory and practice of modern legal education is given. A mechanism for the implementation of the educational and legal situation in the educational lesson of the legal cycle is proposed. The preparation of a future teacher (student) for the organization of a legal cycle training session using an educational and legal situation is considered.
