Preparation and participation of the state prosecutor in the court procedure, the structure of his accusal speech

The article is devoted to the study of issues on the preparation and participation of the public prosecutor in the trial, as well as the structure of the accusatory speech. The article examines and analyzes the problems faced by the public prosecutor while maintaining the prosecution in the criminal process. Based on the results of the study, the authors of the article conclude that the public prosecutor should be more scrupulous in studying the materials of the criminal case and prepare for the trial.
